We recently upgraded our website at our library and my boss wanted to go all out in celebrating this great achievement of ours. The screens were all in start up mode, not really up, otherwise they would have been displaying our wonderful new look.
The bubbles are also a part of our design and the new look, the colors resemble the new colors on our marketing scheme, and so does the fun and great enthusiasm at both of the branches.
